She has experience in teaching, conducting research, and mentoring students. Her present area of specialization is in Evidence-based Practice, and she is the methodologist for the American Occupational Therapy Association's Evidence-based Practice Guideline Series. While Marian's present main area of research and expertise is in evidence-based practice, she also has research experience in other areas.
